In the 1980's The North Face added extreme skiwear to their product line. By the end of the '80's, they were the only supplier in the United States to offer a collection of high performance outerwear, skiwear, sleeping bags, packs and tents. Their footwear (see picture of a man's The North Face Hedgehog Mid GTX) is one of the types of footwear in their product category. Their insulated footwear also includes running, hiking, mountaineering and ultra running footwear. With their innovative quality and design, they can be used in sub-zero weather.
The North Face also offers a wide selection of gear and equipment. Sleeping bags are filled with goose down for warmth. Their daypacks and expedition packs will hold a great quantity of gear. Tents are made to withstand extreme temperatures as seen in Mt. Rainer.
The huge selection of inventory for The North Face includes men's and women's outerwear and sportswear, men's and women's footwear, boys and girls clothing and shoes and duffels and messenger bags.
